In December 2025, I experienced firsthand the frustration of missed calls. As someone who has worked with service businesses, I saw how potential customers would hang up, leave voicemails that went unanswered, and ultimately choose competitors who picked up the phone.

I realized that while large enterprises had sophisticated call centers and AI assistants, small businesses were left with outdated voicemail systems or expensive answering services that didn't understand their business.

ReceptionOS was born from this insight: what if every business could have an AI receptionist that truly understands their services, captures leads intelligently, and books appointments automatically?
